“Will Shankar's I bloom dubbing film market!”

Sensational director Shankar had never ceased to surprise Telugu audience as well as trade with his films. His previous film, Robo was sold in Telugu for 27 Crores and had collected more than 35 Crores even with the heavy tax for the dubbing films. Robo remained in all time Top 10 Telugu hits list for a long time. The next release of Shankar, Snehithudu went on to become a disaster and slowly the demand for dubbing films subsided.

However the ace director had re-entered Tollywood market with a bang. His next release, I was picked up by Super Good Films for a whopping 30 Crore and the film is registering sensational offers in the trade. It is said that the movie will collect 35 Crores from the pre-release business of the theatrical rights itself making it a super profitable venture for the buyers in Telugu. There is also the revenue from satellite rights and DVD rights which will be a further bonus. If the movie also becomes a massive hit like Robo in theaters, it will for sure rejuvenate the dead market of the dubbing films.
